Tucked away on the 3th floor of a building in Higashi-Gotanda, senbar keeps its lights on from 20:00 late into the night until 3:00 the following morning. The bar is steered primarily by comedian Sen-chan of the manzai duo Cool Poco, whose warm greetings and easygoing banter set an upbeat, comfortable tone. Junior comedians often step behind the counter as staff, creating an unpretentious atmosphere where solo first-timers can settle right in.

Behind the bar sits a wide selection of drinks, spanning familiar draft beers to mixed cocktails, wine, and hard liquor. Guests can sip whatever suits the mood alongside unpretentious bar nibbles such as consommé-flavoured crisps.

The space features table seating and comes equipped with karaoke. It works just as naturally for groups looking to sing and unwind as it does for a laid-back drink and conversation on the way home from work.
